22-010(a) 11.8 7/31/1997   YES YES NO NO Septic system located behind 22-34. Outfall discharges into drainage. Heavy vegetation/grasses. Tank load on flat area which is down into adjacent drainage. Outfall discharges towards drainage end-of-pipe not found (inactive). NO NO None evident at tank. No evidence of run-off from outfall pipe.         NO   NO   NO   S. Veenis     NO
22-010(b) 27.6 7/31/1997   YES NO NO NO Two inactive septic systems. 22-010(b) has outfall which discharged to define drainage - 50ft. from canyon edge. Mostly grass/weeds.   YES NO Sheet flow.   Meadow area - 22-016 for 22-010(b)   NO   NO   NO   S. Veenis     NO
22-012 17.5 2/1/1999 22-1 YES NO NO NO Inactive wash pad area near building 22-1.  Located adjacent to former HE sump (PRS 22-015(e)). Asphalt covered around building 22-1. Flat lying area south of building. YES NO Sheet flow from site to the south.   grassed area Wash pad allows for sheet flow runoff to the south into a grassed area. None observed. YES Minimal from building 22-1. NO   NO   Veenis, Steve     NO
22-014(a) 3.6 7/31/1997   YES NO NO NO Next to 22-93 - not a watercourse sight! Outfall to former seepage pit plugged. Sump is manually pumped out as needed. Enclosed within concrete, surrounded by 50% asphalt 50% grass.   NO NO           NO   NO   NO   S. Veenis     NO
22-014(b) 56.0 7/31/1997 22-34 YES YES NO NO Sump and discharge pipe Sump in concrete. Discharge (05A064)  into heavily vegetated area. Also (06A078) is located here. Flat at sump, increasing slope at outfall. YES YES NPDES outfall behind 22-34.     Wetland located +/- 150 yd. down slope, behind Building 22-34. Minor through thick vegetation. NO   YES 05A064 and 06A078. NO   S. Veenis     NO
22-015(a) 34.6 7/31/1997 22-91 YES NO NO NO Two inactive seepage pits abandoned in place (1987) located near building 22-91. Area heavily vegetated near former pits. Adjacent to 22-93 YES YES Major gully drainage adjacent (east) of seepage pits     Tributary B adjacent to Two Mile Canyon. Location of pits not eroded, but the adjacent drainage has been eroded above the wetland area. NO   NO   Former outfall 128128 discharged just down slope from this site. YES Natural upslope run-on to area near pits. S. Veenis     NO If PRS boundary includes the drainage and wetland area, the surface water site assessment should be re-evaluated to include those areas also.
22-015(b) 8.8 7/31/1997 22-25 YES NO NO NO Inactive HE sump and outfall near building 22-25.   Sump in concrete, former discharge pipe outside fence.  The outfall area has minimal vegetative cover, with some pine needles and exposed rock. Flat lying near sump, outfall slopes gently to the north. NO NO    None visible (inactive).  Former outfall did not show evidence of runoff, although it should be implied that discharges did at one time occur.     Tributary B of Two Mile Canyon would be the termination point of discharges. None observed. NO None observed. NO None observed. NO None observed. S. Veenis     NO If PRS boundary proceeds down the north slope and into the Tributary B drainage area, the surface water site assessment should be re-evaluated to include those areas also.
22-015(c) 51.5 10/10/1999 22-52 YES YES NO NO Former outfall from 22-52 related to printed circuit etching operations.  Outfall discharged into drainage swale which proceeds towards Pajarito Canyon. Mostly canopy and pine needle coverage.  Exposed soils and volcanic tuff throughout. Flay at outfall, sloping towards the south.  Drainage proceeds to cliffs above canyon. YES YES Outfall discharged directly into swale which then meanders +/- 200 yds towards canyon rim.     Runoff flows to an intermediate pond area, but then proceeds downslope and terminates directly into Pajarito Canyon.  Evidence of staining was observed down drainage to canyon's edge. No erosion observed.  The drainage channel to which the outfall previously discharged is stable due to pine needle coverage.  Sheet erosion can be inferred from surface evidence. NO No structural impact. YES Former NPDES Outfall NO No natural drainage onto site. S. Veenis   Straw wattles installed upslope and within the drainage swale.  The area was hand-raked, reseeded and mulched. NO Site moderately impacted by Cerro Grande Fire.  BMPs were installed after the fire.  LAUR 96-467 expedited cleanup report 9/95 - Danny Martinez.
22-015(d) 39.8 7/31/1997 22-1 YES NO NO NO Drainline and seepage pit from sump and wash pad near building 22-1.  Use was discontinued in 1984. Mostly vegetated or pine needle coverage on ground, thick pine trees exist around area. Discharge of outfall goes into former seepage pit, pipe broken up (inactive) YES YES Discharge from pit follows access road before joining defined drainage.     Approx. 150-200 yd. to edge of canyon to the south. None observed. NO Minimal run-on from roof of building 22-1 onto sump/wash pad area.  See 22-012 and 22-015(e). NO   YES Access road allows for minimal run-on to seepage pit area. S. Veenis     NO
22-015(e) 17.5 7/31/1997 22-1 YES NO NO NO Inactive HE sump, outfall (22-015(d)) near building 22-1. Asphalt covered around building 22-1. Flat lying area south of building. YES NO Sheet flow from site to the south.   Grassed area. Sump has concrete curb containment.  Adjacent area of asphalt has sheet flow to the south. None observed. YES  Minimal from building 22-1 roof top. NO   NO   S. Veenis     NO
22-016 27.6 7/31/1997   YES NO NO NO Two inactive septic systems. 22-010(b) has outfall which discharged to define drainage - 50ft. from canyon edge. Mostly grass/weeds.   YES NO Sheet flow.   Meadow area - 22-016 for 22-010(b)   NO   NO   NO   S. Veenis     NO
